DETAILS

- Provide your furry friend with plenty of fresh and pure water.

- If the pump stops working, it may caused by being clogged with food debris or pet hair. It is suggested to clean the pump at least once a week to extend its life.
     
- If the pumps become noisy, and doesn't flow water or doesn't work, please follow the steps to clean the pump:

1. Remove the small sponge.

2. Remove the pump cover.

3. Remove the impeller cover by pulling up on the small tab.

4. Use a fingernail to pull out the impeller.

5. Clean the parts with clean water, then reassemble them.

- We suggest that the filter should be replaced every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on usage.

- This fountain is made of 304 stainless steel material, which can be hand washed or is dishwasher safe.

- The visible window and LED light help you observe the water level easily and replenish water timely to provide enough water for your pets.
